As the founder of Dillon-Smith Financial Planning, I am passionate about empowering people through their finances, helping to establish their long-term goals and creating robust strategies to achieve them.
As a Financial Planner, my job is about people. It is about understanding the ‘why’ and helping to shape and manage the financial plan to achieve your goals and ultimately find that financial freedom, whatever it may mean to you.
I set up Dillon-Smith Financial Planning to create a family approach to money management and I am passionate about centralising everything we do around real, lasting relationships. I take a personal, tailored approach when working with clients because I believe it's essential to feel empowered when making decisions that could shape your financial future.
I also believe that a person’s wellbeing is heavily linked to finances, which is why I am passionate about good money management, and through Dillon-Smith Financial Planning I am committed to providing financial wellbeing workshops for businesses to help their employees take control of their finances.
On a personal level, I am passionate about travel and personal development. After completing my undergraduate degree, my working life began in the travel sector, managing accounts in South America. It allowed me to travel to a continent I love dearly, use my languages and build long lasting relationships with amazing people. From these experiences, I realised that I wanted a career shaped around my core values and my ‘why’. I knew that my focus would be working closely with people and empowering them through their finances.
Outside of the office, I love walking my German Pointer, Roger with my family and finding new eating spots around East London. I travel back to Liverpool a lot to see family and pop back to South America when I get the chance!
